A Bespoke Caravan Holiday Home – Something Different for Maes Mynan
This is where our partnership with Beverley Leisure Homes becomes particularly interesting. Bespoke design has traditionally been associated with larger and more expensive luxury lodges. We are now working with Beverley to explore how some of that thinking can be brought to the single-unit caravan holiday home and are currently working on our own bespoke Beverley Leisure Home design. Rather than simply choosing a standard model and changing its soft furnishings, we are working together on the layout and specification to create something individual for Maes Mynan Park. It is an exciting example of what can happen when the manufacturer and holiday park work together rather than simply selecting products from a brochure. For future owners, it also opens up another possibility.

Personalising a Beverley Holiday Home
Not everyone needs to redesign a floor plan. You may find a Beverley model, such as the Norwood Lodge, will work perfectly for you with a couple of tweaks to make its interior feel more like your own.
Depending on the model and stage at which your holiday home is ordered, there may be opportunities to explore different elements of its specification, including choices such as wallboards, finishes, furniture and other interior details. This gives you the opportunity to put your own personality into an established Beverley design without necessarily creating an entirely bespoke holiday home. We’ll help you understand the options available when you choose your model.
What About Beverley’s Twin-Unit Holiday Homes?
Beverley Leisure Homes also manufactures spacious twin-unit leisure homes, giving customers another option when greater living space is important.
We deliberately position these slightly differently from the bespoke luxury lodges available through some of our other manufacturing partners.
Beverley’s twin units retain elements of caravan-style interior construction, including the wall-board finishes used within its single-unit holiday homes. For some customers, this is precisely the right solution: more space and the opportunity for personalisation, without moving into the same specification or style of construction as a premium bespoke lodge. It’s about giving you a genuine choice rather than pretending every type of holiday home is the same.

2. What are the benefits of the preferred exterior panelling used by BHL?
Artefoam cladding is built from durable, maintenance-free PVC-UE — combining a hard outer layer with a foamed PVC core, providing long-term dimensional stability and durability. CanExel Cladding (Engineered Wood Composite) is fully impervious to water; resists splitting, warping, cracking, and buckling and tested to withstand UV, heat, cold, and harsh weather. Both of these exterior finishes provide more of a lodge feel than your typical caravan, adding that additional layer of luxury.

Each of these sizes can come in Norwood, Olive or Kempton styling – see pictures attached of each. The Norwood is our foundation model, timeless and classic with a sophisticated blend of greys, oak finishes and navy-blue wall features. The Olive keeps the beloved layout of the Norwood by elevated with a modern, earthy palette for a richer feel. The Kempton, is luxury redefined – you won’t see another lodge like this, with the colour drenched floor to ceiling walls and bold colour palettes, this is more akin to a boutique hotel feel.
4. Can BHL create a bespoke holiday home for me?
Yes, absolutely. We know that an “off-the-shelf” lodge doesn’t always tick every box, which is where we come in. While we work within set building designs, we can tailor a huge amount to suit your lifestyle, style and budget. Want Olive Lodge walls in a Kempton? Done. Need the master bedroom a touch bigger so the dog bed can fit in too? No problem. Prefer laminate throughout instead of a carpet mix? Easy. We’ll guide you through the options and make sure your holiday home feels like your home. At BLH, we build with you in mind, so the best first step is simply a chat about what matters most to you.
5. Can I upgrade the furniture & appliances in a BHL holiday home?
Upgrades are fine, there will be an additional cost to this, but you will be able to have a detailed conversation with our procurement team about upgrades.
6 What additional options and upgrades do BLH offer?
We offer bespoke options. Maes Mynan Park can speak to David or Chris who will work with them and you to feed back your wishes and needs to the factory and CAD designers. Once the concept around your discussions has been designed, we’ll all be able to discuss next steps, if the proposed project is possible.
7. How long will it take to build my BLH holiday home?
Lead times can change depending on peak times, but on average – 10-12 weeks.
8. Do BHL holiday homes offer residential specification as part of the package?
We build both Residential Spec and EN Spec, the difference between them both? Read below…

9. How does the BLH aftercare & customer care policy work? If something goes wrong when I move in, will it be put right, how quickly will it be put right and how long does that warranty apply to me as the buyer? Are there additional supplier warranties for say the windows, doors, exterior panels, roofing tiles?
It’s our promise to you that we answer your aftercare enquiry within 3 days, and we will be sorting the issue as soon as possible. We have a new system in place whereby warranty information is logged digitally and stored within our CRM for the customer and park to be able to view. You will be able to log your warranty through the Warranty QR code, or through a link on our website within the homeowner tab. The customer will need…
