All our lodge owners have had an input into their lodge design, right down to the soft furnishings, appliances and internal finishes.
This has given us the opportunity to create a range of Bespoke Classic Lodge floor plans, that are designed to embrace the spectacular countryside views Maes Mynan lodge plots offer.
In addition to the Bespoke Wessex Classic Lodge, we have included floor plans for a Bespoke Omar Kingfisher Lodge and a Bespoke Wessex Inspiration Lodge.
All the Omar Wessex Bespoke Lodges on this page have a high specification included in the ‘price from’ figures. This is designed to give you a starting guide price for your bespoke lodge buying journey.
Practicality is an essential ingredient to designing a Bespoke Lodge, especially when it will be located on a country holiday park like Maes Mynan Park. If dogs are part of the family, we believe that a separate entrance and boot room/utility area are a must-have for walkers and dog lovers.
As Maes Mynan lodge plots all have stunning hillside, woodland and lake views, we have, where the design allows, included fully glazed front elevations with two sets of sliding patio or French doors.
Nothing beats seeing a luxury lodge in real time. Our Carw Lodge is our very own Bespoke Omar Wessex Classic Lodge, which can be viewed on plot 4 at Maes Mynan Lodge Park today. This lodge for sale will give you ideas for your own lodge design and internal styling.
Additional Information
Your initial lodge design will be discussed with us, in our offices at Maes Mynan Park. After that we can arrange for you to meet with representatives from Wessex Omar, with ourselves, to progress your ideas.
You also have the opportunity to visit the Omar Wessex showroom in Hull, to choose any variations in paint colours, fabrics, kitchen units, appliances and furniture. This will be by way of a pre-arranged appointment.
We will discuss your requirements during your visit to Maes Mynan Park, initially with us, so that we may liaise with Wessex Omar to move your ideas along.
A full costing of your bespoke lodge can not be finalised until you have decided upon your wish list and set a budget.

Up-to-date costings will be available during the design process of your bespoke lodge at Maes Mynan Park.
Decking prices are not included, as design, shape and size will vary due to the size of your lodge and position on Maes Mynan Park. We always try to include, where possible, costs for transport, siting, internal finishing and connection charges on Maes Mynan Park.
If you prefer to furnish your holiday lodge yourself, so that it becomes truly yours, Wessex Omar will allow for credit during the costings phase, once you have chosen your floor plan design and specification for your Bespoke Lodge.
