Practicality is an essential ingredient to designing a Bespoke Lodge, especially when it will be located on a country holiday park like Maes Mynan Park. If dogs are part of the family, we believe that a separate entrance and boot room/utility area are a strong contender for walkers and dog lovers.
As Maes Mynan lodge plots all have stunning hillside, woodland and lake views, we have, where the design allows, optimised glazed front elevations with sliding patio or French doors.

Your initial design will be discussed in our offices at Maes Mynan Park with us. If you wish to progress your lodge design, we can arrange for Jennefer from Prestige Homeseeker to meet you, with us, at our Maes Mynan Park office.
You also have the option to visit the Prestige Homeseeker showrooms in Northampton to see their show ground lodges, choose any variations in colours, fabrics, kitchen units, appliances and furniture. This will be by way of a pre-arranged appointment.
We encourage initial design discussions and your requirements during your visit to Maes Mynan Park, so that we may liaise with Prestige Homeseeker to move your ideas along.
A full costing of your bespoke lodge can not be finalised until you have decided upon your wish list and set a budget.

Due to variations and market fluctuations, full description and final costings may vary to those outlined above. The prices are a ‘guide price’ to start you on your holiday lodge buying journey. Up-to-date costings will be available during the design process of your bespoke lodge at Maes Mynan Park.
Decking prices are not included, as design, shape and size, will vary due to the size of your lodge and position on Maes Mynan Park. We always try to include, where possible, costs for transport, siting, internal finishing and connection charges on Maes Mynan Park.
If you prefer to furnish your holiday lodge yourself, so that it becomes truly yours, Prestige Homeseeker will allow for ‘credits’ during the costings phase, once you have chosen your floor plan design and specification for your Bespoke Lodge.
